What can we do to avoid this unpleasant syndrome? A week before the holiday, try to prevent what kind of things could happen while you will be on vacation, and who will be able to resolve them. It is better to arrange them with the colleagues, who can replace you, to explain them in detail all the nuances and promise to help.
This will prevent them from unfriendly looks when you are tanned and happy after your vacation, and your colleague in your absence, has worked for two.
Experts advise to come home for a few days early to get started. During these days you can put on the shelves impressions gained on vacation, and get ready for work.
During those few days that remain before your going to work, try to build a proper timetable, which will engage and work and family, and sports or other hobbies. This allows you to avoid the stress of entering into everyday life.
